Huge Forearms. Ja Rule partied in ATL at Vanquish Lounge for the latest stop on his back-from-prison visiting tour. And judging from these photos, his pumped up muscles are still in effect even three months since he was released. Ja sounded pretty good on that NORE, Weezy, Birdman song that dropped this week, check it out here .
Can he make a comeback on the level of T.I.? In some ways I wonder if Ja is actually be in a better place now than before he went in.
